Hello! I’m Phoebe, the founder and florist behind Rose & Sprig and I have a passion for creating floral designs that feel personal, thoughtful and meaningful.

With a background in Intensive Care Nursing, I have experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and significant life experiences. This has shaped my attention to detail, compassion and understanding of the emotions connected to life’s celebrations, milestones and memories.

Rose & Sprig is an independent, studio-based florist based in Manchester, offering bespoke bouquets and event floral arrangements for all occasions. It has been created from a love of flowers and the endless freedom to explore and develop beautiful designs.

Flowers are so much more than stems in a vase, they are a way to communicate, connect and express what words sometimes cannot. They tell stories, celebrate love, mark important occasions, offer comfort and bring joy to everyday moments.

As someone who loves spending time outdoors, I am constantly inspired by nature and the changing seasons. I embrace the flowers’ natural colours, textures and movements to create elegant and impactful designs.
